Saturday, August 21st: Remembrance Bracelet

Posted on: 07/09/2010

When: Saturday, August 21st 10am - noon.

What: Remembrance Bracelet

Use flowers from special occasions (example: a wedding, funeral, prom) and incorporate them into Polymer clay to make your own one of a kind beads to string on a necklace, bracelet or even sculpt the clay into an individual pendant.  In this class you will hand roll polymer clay into beads and then use a transparent clay incorporated with dried crushed flower petals to cover the bead and have a wearable reminder of a special occasion.  The focus here will be on the making of the beads but there will be about 30 minutes of instruction on the finishing and stringing of the beads.

Cost: $ 25 class fee and $15 material fee. Bead Breakout tools will be available for your use at class.

Instructor: Traci Mitchell

Class size is limited. Call (585) 271-2340, or stop in at Bead Breakout, to sign-up for the class . Class fee is due upon registration. 10% student discount on purchases at Bead Breakout on the day of class
